Costs

The costs of using foneathon are very affordable for both small and large campaigns, organizations and non-profit institutions.  Our billing method is straightforward with no hidden charges, and includes extensive call activity reports for campaign budgeting and analysis. 

Clients are billed in fifteen (15) increments of log-in (system access and use) time per user.  15 minute time blocks may be pre-purchased using any major credit card or Pay Pal.     

User fees are all-inclusive and cover long-distance telephone toll charges, contact management software user licenses, contact list storage on foneathon servers, management reports and on-going Client and user support.

Campaign set-up fees are typically minimal and based on the size of the contact list(s) to be loaded and stored for each campaign, data collection, scripting and reporting requirements.
